I have just painted my room Tiffany Blue (and it’s gorgeous btw). I want to buy this comforter set from Bed Bath and Beyond (my mom and I saw it in-store, I really like it):

I have been looking for a nice cork board to tack things up with in my room, but I’ve had no luck finding a pretty one one. I have found a pretty lilac colored frame that goes with the comforter here:

I want to take the frame and make it into a cork board border. Can I take out the glass and put in a piece of cork? Would it be that simple, or do you think I’d need something to back the cork? What type of cork should I use? How thick do you think is good?
