It is both drought and wear resistant. It is fast growing and the comma Bermuda variety is quite cheap. It does need full sun to thrive and has a very low tolerance for shady areas. Don't plant Bermudagrass if your lawn does not get a great deal of direct sunlight. 2. Centipede Like Bermudagrass, centipede is quite low maintenance and does not require frequent mowing or fertilization.
